Aether – Refund & Installation Policy

1. Before installation

Standard installation: Free installation on concrete ceilings up to 3m, including wiring within 3m.
Additional charges: False ceiling installation (+$50), L-bracket installation (+$150), and additional wiring beyond 3m (+$20/m).
Lift access: Lift access must be available at the installation location.
Appointment changes: Cancellations or rescheduling within 3 working days will incur a $50 fee.
Inspection: Customers should inspect the rack before the installer leaves and report any issues immediately.

No change-of-mind refunds: Refunds are not accepted after installation due to a change of mind.
Product defects: Defective products will be assessed by our technicians. Repair or replacement will generally be offered first, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Drying performance: The 2-hour drying cycle does not guarantee completely dry laundry. Results depend on fabric type, laundry load and humidity.
Approved returns: A $150 dismantling and collection fee applies to discretionary returns after installation.
Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, overloading, water exposure or unauthorised modifications is not eligible for discretionary refunds.

Warranty claims are handled through repair or replacement in accordance with our warranty terms.
