Is installation included?
Yes. Standard installation on a concrete ceiling with a power point within 3m is free, and so is removal and disposal of your existing rack. False ceilings (+$50), L-brackets (+$150) and extra wiring beyond 3m ($20/m) are charged only if needed.
How long does drying take?
Typically 1 to 3 hours, depending on the fabric, how much laundry there is and how wet it is.
What's the warranty?
5 years on the motor, plus 1 year on parts and on-site service.
Can I see it before buying?
